This ambiguous site (and time) specific object was my response to a call for artists. Due to limited space the curator requested that the objects should be no larger than 24” x 24” x 24”.
I submitted the piece that was exactly the required limit size. It was covered with graphite from all sides. The pencil not only covered the cube with graphite but also polished its surface and left some interesting patterns. While working I was listening to lots of music.
